What counts as advertising?

Advertising is not determined only by whether a post uses the words “advert” or “business”. A post may be advertising when its purpose is to promote something commercially.

  • A business, paid service or commercial product
  • A paid activity, class, appointment or availability
  • Bookings, offers or business events
  • Commercial services provided at an event
  • Business contact details intended to generate work

Still not sure?

Ask the admin team before posting. We would rather answer your question first than decline a post afterwards.
