Following the renovation of the former Owl and Pussycat Nursery in the village we are thrilled to let you know that Pura Vida Hub has now opened its doors.

We will be undergoing a phased opening whilst we integrate each part of the business into the Hub. For now our offerings include True Food Cafe, Infrared Sauna, Fully equipped Gym and The Soul Sanctuary Studio - home to Yoga, Pilates and breathwork sessions.

We’ll soon be announcing the opening of another sauna suite, the Cold Plunge bath, Pressotherapy and Guided Meditation room.

True Food Cafe opens 8am - 4pm every day🫶🏻 Everyone is welcome here 😊 - no need to make a reservation. Join us for Hot and cold adaptogenic drinks and coffee. Kombucha, CBD shots, mushroom health supplements, Matcha latte amongst others. . Oh and standard coffee too of course, if that’s more your thing!

We are also offering nourishing breakfast items like acai bowls, omelette tortilla and warming protein porridge. For lunch you’ll be able to grab veggie bowls and flatbread pizzas.

Small people are very welcome and babyccinos encouraged 👶🏻 - you’ll find a baby changing unit downstairs in our Accessible toilet. We also have 2 highchairs.

The 2 seating booths have proved popular for cosy catch ups and working lunches.
