I am a 3rd generation Pilates teacher and will be teaching this Wednesday 20th April at 7.45pm at Stow Park Community Centre, 1 Brynhyfryd Road, Newport NP20 4FX. I offer Pilates classes for all levels so everyone is welcome.

Drop in classes are £6 or
Book onto the 10 week course for £50

I also offer private 1-1 sessions if you have a particular injury or issue you would like to address so please let me know.
